Using your debit and credit card.
The credit card or debit card number required by the secure online payment system is as follows:
- Visa/Master Cards
You need to type in the long 16 digit number on the front of your card and then put in the three digit security code at the back of the card. See below for pictures.
- Solo/Switch cards
You need to type in the longest number on the front of the card, normally about 16 to 19 digits long and usually beginning with the digits 6767 or 6334.
You will also require the card issue number. Issue numbers are normally 01, 02, 03, etc. and are at the front of the card. The Bank of Scotland Solo/Switch cards do not need an issue number.
Always make sure that all the details about the card owner are correct including the home address and telephone number. If any information is incorrect the secure system will not process your subscription and will deny you to use the website and create a membership account.
When you provide all the information required, type the verification characters presented in the box provided to complete your subscription. You must type those characters as they appear without leaving space between them. Then press continue to complete your subscription.
Logging into your account area:
First, type the website name www.citizenshiptestuk.com in the address bar of your Internet browser then press enter. After that type your username and password in the logging area on the top left hand corner of the website and then press enter or click log-in button. Make sure you correctly type your logging details. Remember that the username and password are case sensitive, therefore type them correctly whether upper case letters or lower case letters or both.
If you forget your password or username please send email to the sales@citizenshiptestuk.com so that we can send it to you or if you remember your username just type the username and recover your password by following on the screen instructions.
